- Benefit evidence to upload - ONLY the benefits listed in the Reduction to Fees FAQ are accepted if the benefit isn't listed then it does not meet the criteria for the fee reduction.

No we are an adult only provider and you must be aged 19 or over on 31st August of the academic year you are enrolling in.
Fees
For learners who meet the fee remission criteria listed below the fee will be adjusted based on the type of qualification and supporting evidence. Below are the benefits we accept:
- Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA), including National Insurance Credits only
- Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Universal Credit (UC), and your take-home pay (disregarding UC payments and other benefits) is less than £892 a month (sole claim) or £1,437 a month (joint claim)
- Receive other state benefits and your take-home pay (disregarding UC payments and other benefits) is less than £892 a month (sole claim) or £1,437 a month (joint claim), and seek to be employed, or progress in employment
- Low income, employed and earning less than £22,308 annual gross salary
- Free Courses for Jobs
- Work for Cumberland Council or Westmorland and Furness Council

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any discounts or refunds for classes if you join the course after the start date or don't attend. If you have a holiday booked in the middle of a course please speak to your Tutor or the Centre Manager.
No the full fee is payable at the time of enrolment.

Course details
Some courses require an Initial assessment to be done prior to enrolling on a course to ensure that you are enrolled on the level which will enable you to achieve your goal.
This will depend on the viability of the course, usually classes are viable between 8 and 12 learners.

This is due to availability of the tutors and or venues. Contact us and we will try to accommodate you as there may be other courses planned not yet advertised or available in other areas
Unfortunately our funding is based on attendance at the course and is managed closely between your Tutor and Centre Manager hence regular attendance is important for you and your achievement.
